Margin = 37.2%% - 2.4% margin increase compared to current 8 dozen egg box

Crack rates should be around the same as far as my shipment tests have shown.

Slightly bigger
I have tested and recommend a different egg carton supplier that can do orders as small as 25,000 cartons at a time which is a purchase cost of only $8,525.00 per order. All packaging should be under order volumes of $10,000. Most of the packaging would be around $5,000 per order.
Coolant details
Offers Regulatory achievement in the sense that the Gel pack remains under 45 degrees even up to 48 hours in temperatures of 60 degrees or less. In 95 degree temperatures the Gel pack is typically 80% in liquid form in 24 hrs of that heat, but gel pack still maintains a surface temp of below 45 on the gel pack. None of the tests could achieve under 45 degree temp for 24 hours in all 4 corners of the box in 95 degree temperature. Typically the top of the box was about 65-70, middle was 35-45, & bottom was 45-55 degrees.
Brand & Protocol
If we close down FEC and brand back into SS this will streamline the egg category and marketing efforts.
Not required but If we change protocol to just be branded as fresh bloom eggs and drop all day guarantees then I believe the model can scale to 90% e-commerce. Have not figured out exactly how to market ground eggs which is typically 3-10%
As far as I am aware it all should be able to work in satellite farm/hubs scenarios. Just have to have approved and similar style packaging.
